*IT'S NOT A REAL MUG SHOT - PROMISE*

Today's page was mostly inspired by my desire to get this exceptionally large photo off of my desk.  The photo is from a stage makeup class where my professor took photos of our "neutral" faces so that we could use tracing paper to plan out makeup designs for the class.  While I found this photo very helpful at the time I can't help but think it is also what I would look like should I ever decide to take a more nefarious path in life.

I got to use more buttons from the stash I purchased at an estate sale last year as well as these arrow paperclips I'd been holding on to.  It's a super simple page since the photo really is huge.  I really like how it turned out and I'm glad it's now in an album hidden from my everyday line of sight.

Thank You January

The start to the New Year has been a chaotic one for me as I just started a new job in a tax office for the tax season, but I still managed to make this lovely thank you card.  I didn't realize how low my stash of them was until I needed some and I now only have one thank you card left in my arsenal.  January might be my month of churning out thank you cards for the peace of mind.

I was able to use a lot of scraps from my scrap bin for this card as well as some ribbon I picked up from a scrap bin at my local craft store.  I used more buttons from the large lot I bought at an estate sale and I think they really helped pull this franken-card together.
